What's a harness, anyway?
It's everything around the agent that keeps it honest. What context it gets. What it's allowed to touch. Which checks have to pass before its work counts, and who signs off. Without one, agents are quick and unpredictable. With one, you get work you can actually merge.
We run our own products on a harness like this, so what we set up for you has already been through real use. Then we fit it to your team, not the other way around.

Agent workflows for your team
We set up a harness that fits the way your team already works. Roles, context, review gates. Then we tune it on real tickets until it pulls its weight.
Hands-on enablement
We pair with your engineers until reviewing agent output feels routine. The point is that you won't need us afterward.

Short cycles. Agents handle much of the implementation and a person reviews every change. You see working software early, not at the end.

You keep the code, the specs, and the workflows. Your team gets enough practice that it can keep going without us.
